Off-the-shelf frameworks optimize for the median project. We don’t build median projects. Every studio on our level of the industry eventually converges on the same conclusion: the tooling itself becomes part of the craft.

This isn’t dogma — it’s a cost/benefit call we revisit every year. So far, owning the stack keeps winning.
